Job Description

To source for new and suitable tenants with good retail concepts for retail space in line with the tenant mix planning. Initiate discussion with potential tenants; negotiate the lease and other terms and conditions.
Liaise closely with inter-department on matters pertaining to rent and deposit collection, fit-out and operations.
Establish and maintain a good landlord-tenant relationship. Resolve any tenants’ concerns and issues soonest possible in the interest of the betterment of the mall.
Conduct market research on shopping centers in order to keep abreast with retail property developments in the market from time to time.
To achieve maximum occupancy and lease target for Econsave before and after opening.
To update leasing reports or other relevant related tenancy issues/ terms and conditions and etc.
To coordinate and arrange for site viewing/ vacant lot viewing with prospective tenants from time to time.
To coordinate on the takeover and handover of the leased of demised premises for fit-out arrangement.
Any other ad hoc task assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in any field
2 years of working experience in leasing retail or office space / property industry are perferred.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Language required: English, Bahasa. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Strong organizational & time management skills
Candidate must willing to travel interstate from time to time.
Candidate must able to work at Pandamaran, Port Klang.
