Responsibilities:
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensure timely submission of mandatory statutory contributions to relevant government authorities, and preparation of related reports.
- Assist in the recruitment process by handling tasks such as job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and conducting reference checks.
- Monitor staff time attendance and maintain accurate leave records.
- Responsible for the administration of HR processes and system that are related to compensations and benefits such as performance appraisals, medical insurance and salary structure.
- Responsible for the maintenance of employee records and personal files.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- To follow and fulfil “MDA’’( Medical Device Act ) & “GDPMD” requirement.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
- Microsoft office skill required.
- Knowledge in UBS payroll system will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills, independent & responsible personality with right attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
