Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing, ensure timely submission of mandatory statutory contributions to relevant government authorities, and preparation of related reports.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by handling tasks such as job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and conducting reference checks.
  • Monitor staff time attendance and maintain accurate leave records.
  • Responsible for the administration of HR processes and system that are related to compensations and benefits such as performance appraisals, medical insurance and salary structure.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of employee records and personal files.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • To follow and fulfil “MDA’’( Medical Device Act ) & “GDPMD” requirement.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Microsoft office skill required.
  • Knowledge in UBS payroll system will be an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, independent & responsible personality with right attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
