Our client “YICK HOE GROUP OF COMPANIES” is seeking a Sales Coordinator (Indoor) to join their company!

What you’ll be doing?

  • Provide support and coordination to outdoor sales personnel and related departments within the company.
  • To attend customer's phone calls & emails related to products and order inquiries
  • To assists superior in daily sourcing operations including sourcing steel materials, price negotiation & follow up delivery
  • To perform daily operations, including process Sales Order & issue Purchase Order, while ensuring accurate and timely order entry.
  • Collaborate with the shipping and warehouse departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and on-time delivery of all customer orders.
  • Other adhoc tasks when required

Who are they looking for?

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin (We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.), English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required Skill(s): Navision System, Microsoft Office, Computer Literate
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in steel industries will be added advantage.
  • Candidates with shipping/purchasing/sales coordinator knowledge are encourage to apply.
  • Possess own transport & able to start work immediately will be added advantage.
  • Self-motivated & initiative personality
  • 5 days / week
