Industry : Fabrication Piping & Structured for Oil & Gas Industry

Location : Pasir Gudang, Johor

Working Day / Hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary : RM 2800 - RM 5500

1. Conduct research and overseeing potential contractors / supplier across Malaysia based on project requirements.

2. Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.

3. Communicating with contractors and Management to understand Project needs.

4. Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential contractors.

5. Follow up contractor's invoice payment status via OA system and keep tracking with monthly invoice claim reporting to Management.

6. Support the Sales team during incoming project tenders for subcontracting and purchasing works.

7. Negotiate contract and payment term with suppliers and contractors.

8. Issuing of service order upon contractor's project award if require.

9. Sourcing and Purchasing of project material supply based on client requirements.

10. Establish strong client relationshioby providing accurate and timely information to client regarding inquiries such as project subcontracting works.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 3 years of working experience in this field.

3. Experience in both the project management and sales side of runnung a business.

4. Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads.

5. Presentation and persuasive skills.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients / contractors.

7. Knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office.

8. Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task.

9. Decision-making and problem solving person.

10. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.

11. Mandarin speaker is preffered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
