We are looking for a Business Development Executive to plan and implement demand creation marketing activities across our targeted geographical areas. Candidate must enjoy interacting with people and willing to travel extensively.

Job Description:

1) Implementing of Sales Strategies:

Take responsibility in continuously improving the commercial result of product portfolio according the strategies via product promotion / introduction, in marketing plan.

2) Sales Development:

To execute marketing activities, development and market penetration with new or existing products / services / technologies by overseeing the implementation of the define marketing strategies.

3) Product Promotion:

Deliver and / or participate sales presentations / trade road show / workshops to promote / introduce products / services. May need to work with Head of Marketing on public sector and both digital and conventional marketing communication campaign.

4) Marketing intelligence

Responsible for the establishment of database and the processed to obtain, update, maintain and evaluate market trends, the application of the products / technology, the services need intelligence on competitor in order to identify business opportunities.

5) Customer needs:

Conduct market research (quantitative and qualitative) to identify and understand customers’ expectation and needs. Presentation of the result amongst sales and technical people. Maintain up to date understanding of industry trends and development.

6) Field Demonstration:

To conduct field demonstrations / trials with key farmers / key opinion leader (KOL) in order to promote / introduce products / services. To provide professional technical advisory / solution to the overcome farmers pain point. Meanwhile, Establishes productive, professional relationships with key farmers’ and KOL’s customer accounts.-5

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Agricultural or Farm Management
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply as we provide excellent training
  • Willing to travel extensively.
  • For experienced candidates, at least 3-5 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing is preferred
  • Good Technical & Professional Knowledge, including strong understanding of market trends and challenges.
  • Strong analytical skill and sound agriculture technical knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing aspect and communication.
  • Strong personal and interpersonal skill.
  • Possess digital marketing skills and experience.
  • Speak and write in English, Mandarin and BM. Able to converse and interact in Mandarin.
