We are a company specialized in Frozen Food. In line with our continuous growth, we are now looking for highly dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join us. In this role, you'll assist in streamlining sales processes, managing client communications, and coordinating schedules.

Roles Summary: -

  • Assist in liaise with customer and handle full set of order process, including but not limited to issuing of documents (such as invoice, delivery order, debit note, credit note etc).
  • Handling customer enquiries, troubleshooting problems, and resolving order-related issues.
  • Manage and process sales orders received via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
  • Liaise with logistics party to monitoring deliveries.
  • Communicate sales status internally with salesperson.
  • Ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
  • Provide good customer service through sound product knowledge.
  • Monitoring and ensure payment for sale are collected promptly within company’s policies and agreed term.
  • Gather feedback and information on competitors and ground activities. Feedback to management for proactive actions on product trend and promotional activities.

We are looking for: -

  • Fresh Graduates candidates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Required languages: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiarity with computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Autocount is an advantage.
  • A great sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, customer-centric, result-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Keeps up to date with developments in our industries.
