Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator/E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team in the book industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling content and executing e-commerce & digital marketing strategies to promote our books, engage readers, and drive online visibility and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, e-commerce, digital marketing, and a deep appreciation for books and literature.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our books across various platforms, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), email newsletters, and blogs.

· Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to maximize online sales of books and related products.

· Create engaging and informative content for blogs, website articles, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

· Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and customer experience enhancements.

· Collaborate with authors, editors, and marketing team members to align content strategies with publishing schedules and marketing objectives.

· Research industry-related topics and trends to generate content ideas.

· Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

· Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) related to online sales, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Plan and schedule live streaming sessions on platform social media to align with marketing campaigns and objectives.

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.

· Manage technical aspects of live streaming, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting equipment or software issues.

· Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers to build a community around our books and brand.

· Collaborate with influencers or guest hosts to enhance live stream content and reach.

· Edit and proofread content before publication.

· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and e-commerce & digital marketing best practices to continuously improve campaign performance and audience engagement.

· Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed, contributing creative ideas and solutions.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

· 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role within the book publishing industry.

· Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro).

· Proven track record of developing and executing successful implementing and managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns that have driven engagement and sales.

· Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft compelling and error-free content.

· Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to derive actionable insights.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.

· Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and content management systems (CMS).

· Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

· Knowledge of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools.

· Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.

· Creative thinker with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Passion for books and a deep understanding of reader preferences and trends in the book publishing industry.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: RM2,500.00 – RM3,200.00 per month

Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday
