Responsibilities: As a product owner, you are responsible for the continuous development of the assigned products / components of products, by building innovative features which will provide high business value for our customers. 1. Work with product manager and business owner to shape the product vision and develop the roadmap of product. 2. Develop functional specifications supported with technical concepts and budget estimations, based on given business requirements. 3. Work with other product owners together to ensure end-to-end integration across solution landscape is achieved. 4. Responsible for product release management, including planning scope and timelines for the releases, while adhering to the agreed budget. 5. Define and prioritize product backlogs, refine backlogs with scrum team(s) and agree with the team on acceptance criteria. 6. Coordinate quality management processes. 7. Coordinate post-production application support processes, including prioritizing and managing bug fixes, incident analysis, and handling customer support requests. 8. Take responsibility for functional documentation, such as product requirements specification, functional and design specification, configuration documentation and user manual. Requirements: Must have: 1. Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management 2. 3+ years’ experience as product owner in software development 3. 5+ years’ experience in one of the following industries (Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources or Finance) 4. Good understanding of software development process 5. Advanced knowledge in UX/UI design 6. Willingness to learn and a ‘can do’ attitude with motivation to succeed and grow 7. Excellent stakeholder management skills 8. Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and German. 9. Excellent project management skills 10. Solid team player Optional but great plus: 1. External facing account/customer management experience 2. Knowledge of SAFe (scaled agile framework) 3. Experience on working with international team
