Assistant Manager – Key Account

Responsibilities:
· Accountable for achievement of sales targets and objectives set by the Company
· To negotiate for product listings, promotions and collaborations with Key Accounts
· Ensure best execution of in-store promotions and good practice of visual merchandising
· Manage counter operations and Sales Promoters
· Supervise and guide Sales Promoters to maximize productivity and sales performance
· Monitor counters inventory to propose the right sell in and maintain healthy stock movement
· Analyze sales and revenue reports and do forecasts
· Deal with customer’s complaint to ensure good image and reputation of all counters
· Ensure prompt collection of payment
· Manage sell in and provide good service to general retailers
· Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements.

Requirements:
Must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
At least 2 years’ experience in managing department stores.
Experience in life style products is preferred.
Experience in general trade will be an added advantage.
Computer literate, and with good command of English.
Must be able to lead a team of promoters.
Strong communication and presentation skill.
