JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for day-to-day sales support, functional and general administrative tasks.
  • Attending to Customer enquiries via telephone call and email, walk in customer and well explanations on products.
  • In charge of sales admin documentation, billings and collections, monitor and to ensure that all sales documents are proper organized, accuracy of SPA and sales relevant documents.
  • To follow up and liaise with lawyers, bankers and purchasers in relation to the process of SPA, loan documentation while coordinating of internal work process on stamping of SPA, generating progress billing, collection forecast, etc., dealing with sales admin team, legal team, project team, marketing team, account & treasury, draft and replies for incoming correspondence letters from Purchaser and Solicitor, etc.
  • To ensure progress billings are being sent out within datelines; Thereafter, to monitor the collections with respective banks, lawyers, corporate and individual purchasers to ensure timely collection, loan disbursements and in accordance with stages of completion based on the architect’s certificates received.
  • To maintain day-to-day collection database accurately, purchasers’ information and records.
  • To prepare a summary and update weekly/monthly collection reports and other ad-hoc reports such as the master control, redemption matters.
  • To follow up dealer quotations, proposals, orders, and delivery.
  • To lead/coordinate respective internal team members in handling over keys to purchasers.
  • Resolve problems arise from purchasers effectively and upward delegation if the solutions require higher level authority.
  • Any other task assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Property Development/Real Estate Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in handling Sales & Admin related works in Property Development Industry.
  • Good communication skills and proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Word.
  • Independent, self-motivated, pro-active and initiative with work commitment.
  • Team player and able to work collaboratively with different teams.
  • Posses own transport and willing to travel.
  • Result-oriented and aggressive in Sales.
