Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Warehouse and Inventory Management, Material And Production Planning, ERP, WMS.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
- 6 days' work arrangement
- Preferably experienced Asst. Warehouse Managers as the role is required to lead the warehouse team while coordinating the transition of new ERP system.
- Well versed in warehouse management system and enterprise resource planning system.
- Vibrant and energetic.
- Able to share expertise to trouble shoot operations issues.

Job Descriptions:
- Responsible to organize warehouse activities (including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping) and assign jobs accordingly for staffs.
- Comply with workplace’s health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Escalate any potential security issues to the building and stocks, ensuring the security queries are followed through and addressed.
- Accountable to produce regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and other warehouse key metrics.
- Ensure material, stock par level are maintained and available for production and delivery.
- Coordination between relevant departments for various needs including but not limited to monthly meetings, new initiatives, new launches, peak seasons, problem solving, etc.
- Improving productivity, efficiency, forecasting, quality control, stock turnover, storage usage and implementing a system to consistently monitor the progress of key supply chain KPIs.
- Building and developing the current team that manages warehousing.
- Bringing a more strategic approach to managing warehousing.
