ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

E-commerce Platform management

  • Assist in the daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
  • Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images and prices.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating with the supply chain and logistics teams.

Digital Marketing

  • Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Customer Experience

  • Enhance the user experience on the e-commerce platform by optimizing site navigation, layout and functionality.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor customer feedback systems to identify areas for improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, traffic, conversion rates and customer behavior.
  • Generate regular reports on e-commerce performance and digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth based on data analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification, Experience & Skills Required

  • At least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English. Others language, Malay and Mandarin is advantage.
  • At least 2-3 years related working experience required. Proven experience in digital marketing.

Personal & Interpersonal Skills

  • Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder groups.
  • A team player who likes to have fun, open to learn, curious, optimistic and is not afraid to roll up the sleeves and get things done.
  • Possess solid understanding of digital ecosystems and brand communications and deploy into digital platforms.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, be detail and deadline-oriented and take initiative.
