Job Description:

Maintain the services (safety and security of stakeholders, assets, building and facilities) of the shopping centre on a day to day basis.

Assist Security Manager in ensuring the overall security of shopping mall.
Patrol the malls for customer safety and report any incidents, security breaches and etc to the Security Manager on a daily basis.
Responsible for the day to day security, internally and externally, of the mall - positively reinforce the non-threatening environment.
To check security in the centre for vandalism, goods thefts and customer protection.
To ensure adequate manpower for shift and record security personnel attendance every day.
Ensuring the Safety & Health Procedures be followed and to ensure the workplace is safe.
Other duties that may assign by the Security Manager/Operations Manager/General Manager - Centre Management Office of Central i-City Shopping Centre.

Job Requirement:

Minimum SPM/STPM/Certificate or equivalent
Ex-military personnel will be an advantage
Minimum 2 years experience in security of multi-storey shopping mall management with variety of businesses or relevant industry experience
Familiar with contract management of security service providers in shopping mall
PC literate especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
Financial Management skills including budgeting and forecasting will be an advantage
Ability to work unsupervised and within a small team
Prepared to work on weekends and public holidays, if required
Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills including relationship building
