We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our Road Machinery Department and drive our sales efforts.

Job Summary:

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer base for road machinery products. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, learning and demonstrating product features, preparing customer quotes, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, strong CRM knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop New Business: Identify and approach potential customers, establish relationships, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

2. Expand Customer Base:Implement strategies to grow an extensive network of clients and maintain long-term business relationships.

3. Product Knowledge:Gain in-depth knowledge of road machinery products and stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

4. Product Demonstration: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our road machinery solutions.

5. Customer Quotes: Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive customer quotes, addressing client-specific requirements.

6. Sales Targets:*Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.

7. CRM Management:*Efficiently use CRM systems to manage customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports.

8. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing department, and product specialists to optimize sales strategies.

9. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

- sales Experience:Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the machinery or construction equipment industry.

- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is mandatory.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

- Self-Motivated: Highly driven and able to work independently to achieve sales goals.
