  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

1. To handle overall pre-tender activities such as checking /preparation of draft tender documents/bills of quantities, review/preparation of cost analysis and comparison, arrangement for negotiation, preparation of tender reports and recommendation and contract management

2. Preparing tender and contract documents including budgets, including bills of quantities

3. Assist Planner Manager in preparing & updating Master Work Programmed

4. Assist Contract Manager in establishing a client's requirements

5. Attend Site Valuation and Measurement,

6. Preparation of Final Measurement, Preparation of Variation Order & Final account

7. Obtain a quotation, liaise and negotiate with various suppliers and sub-contractors

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in the Civil tender and target cost process and the review of such documents
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the related field
  • Possess knowledge in AutoCAD for measurement / BQ take-off
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Have own transport and can travel
  • Can start immediately is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
