Job Summary: The Account Manager will play a key role in supporting the wholesale business. This role involves managing prospect accounts, attending to client requirements, maintaining, and tracking the sales database and funnels, and preparing quotations and proposals. The Account Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure the sales team can effectively manage upcoming business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and nurturing prospect accounts.
  • Attend to client requirements promptly and professionally.
  • Record and maintain accurate data in the sales database.
  • Track and monitor the progress of sales funnels.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Support the sales team in achieving business objectives and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management is required. Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales-related tools, and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Possess own transportation (vehicle or motorcycle).
  • Willing to travel within the Klang Valley, with occasional regional or domestic trips.
