JOB TITLE: Senior Coordinator – Quality (RFI & System Engineering)
Key Responsibilities
- Log all incoming documents from various projects, categorize them, and forward the documents to the concerned quality engineer for review and approval.
- Maintain the RFI log and distribute daily RFIs to relevant discipline inspectors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports based on documents reviewed by the Quality Engineers for the respective project.
- Maintain all documents related to projects in line with ISO 9001/2000 Quality standards, which are directly audited by the external certification agency.
- Coordinate with discipline QC Engineers and the Completions team for ITRs.
- Assist in organizing Quality induction courses.
- Manage leave/holiday plans for all QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and managers.
- Control and issue QA/QC stamps for inspection personnel.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
- Coordinate System Engineering activities.
- Perform other related duties as advised by the supervisor.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any degree holder with relevant experience.
- Experience in RFI/Quality coordination.
- Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Should have experience in the oil & gas/petrochemical industry.
- Should have previously worked with a major EPC contractor or their subcontractors in a similar role.
- Experience in offshore projects is an advantage.
