Job Descriptions:
To process PO, DO, Invoice & Quotation.
To attend to sales enquiries, helpdesk, complaints etc.
To monitor inventories and stocks
To handle office administration
Mainly engaged in performing general, clerical duties including mail sorting, stock packing, support other ad-hoc tasks & keeping stocks records
Maintain good filing system.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of working experience related to administration.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma.
Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Able to work independently.
Possess positive working attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail.
