  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Evaluate and review corporate proposals (acquisition and disposals), funding initiatives and strategy to ensure alignment with the company's corporate strategy.
  • Assess valuations of target companies in the event of acquisitions using various methodologies, including the development of feasibility studies and financial models/projections.
  • Assist project sponsor with regards to preparing business case for corporate exercises and proposals.
  • Develop merger and acquisition (M&A) structuring models, including financial restructuring and detailed financial models. This encompasses pre- and post-transaction business models, cash flow projections, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and assessing the financial impact on group results for valuation and due diligence purposes.
  • Formulate schemes for corporate proposals, negotiating terms and structures that adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. Address and resolve issues related to the proposals, offering solutions. Work with various stakeholders in the whole cycle of corporate proposals.
  • Prepare and review all documentation related to corporate proposals, including presentation materials, legal documents, board papers, shareholder announcements, and circulars. Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure all corporate finance activities comply with the latest standards set by Bursa Malaysia, the Securities Commission, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinate activities with internal cross-functional teams and collaborate with external professionals, including investment bankers, lawyers, company secretaries, auditors, and tax advisors
  • Oversee the execution of corporate exercises, ensuring they are carried out according to the agreed terms and structure, and manage activities through to completion.
  • Assist the preparation of committee and board papers and coordinate discussion with relevant stakeholders.
