Job Description
- Perform statutory consolidation and prepare group consolidated financial statements.
- Manage day-to-day financial activities of the subsidiary companies within the group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting.
- Prepare monthly and yearly management accounts and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare annual budgets/financial plans, including financial analysis.
- Review the internal controls, implement policies and procedures in accordance with the changing requirements of the company and ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
- Continuous review of the ERP system and processes to achieve operational efficiency.
- Drive credit control review and oversee collection effectiveness.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and any government authority.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial accounting, business finance
- At least 2 years of auditing experiences.
- Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, possess good business acumen, excellent communication, and independent.
- Able to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
- Group consolidation experience will be an advantage.
