Job Description

  • Perform statutory consolidation and prepare group consolidated financial statements.
  • Manage day-to-day financial activities of the subsidiary companies within the group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly management accounts and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare annual budgets/financial plans, including financial analysis.
  • Review the internal controls, implement policies and procedures in accordance with the changing requirements of the company and ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting standards.
  • Continuous review of the ERP system and processes to achieve operational efficiency.
  • Drive credit control review and oversee collection effectiveness.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and any government authority.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in commercial accounting, business finance
  • At least 2 years of auditing experiences.
  • Excellent analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, possess good business acumen, excellent communication, and independent.
  • Able to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Group consolidation experience will be an advantage.
