  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We're Hiring: Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector to join our team. If you're skilled in building strong customer relationships and driving business growth, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, seek new business opportunities, negotiate deals, and follow up effectively.
  • Focus on acquiring new customers in the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café/Bakery) sectors and driving long-term business growth.
  • Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer needs to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Manage pricing, deliveries, and resolve any customer issues that arise.
  • Expand existing accounts by bringing innovative solutions and ideas.
  • Align company interests with customer demands through strong negotiation skills.
  • Stay updated on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Support new product development and market entry through reports and meetings.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
  • Experience in the sales of frozen food or seafood products is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is required.
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA sector.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Flexible Work Arrangement:

  • This role does not require you to be based at our office in Tengkera, Melaka.
  • Your daily responsibilities will involve visiting customers at their premises.
  • For team members based outside of our main office, attendance at the Sales Meeting is required once a month.
