Line Leader

• Assist the Senior Leader in organizing and ensuring the smooth running of daily departmental activities to meet production targets efficiently. • Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence and administering discipline when necessary. • Ensure employees under their supervision are adequately trained for their assigned tasks. • Ensure production output while maintaining acceptable levels of quality and safety. • Approve only products that meet the company's quality criteria and release them to customers. • Ensure that only products meeting the quality criteria of the company are released for packing to maintain high-quality standards. • Ensure products are labelled correctly according to the registered artwork and ITL standard operating practices. • Ensure all products are inspected according to the ITL quality plan requirements and released for packing only after passing quality control inspections. • Verify and ensure the accuracy and adequacy of data collected in traveller documents. • Follow up on the cut-off time for AX transactions, overtime, traveller closing and material request. • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workplace under their supervision. Provide proper care for employees in case of on-the-job injuries. • Instil disciplinary practices among employees, addressing issues such as adherence to break times and absenteeism, while counseling offending employees as per company policy.
