Customer & Stakeholder Management: Support the GM in building strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Represent the company in meetings, events, and negotiations when required. Business Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across departments to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
