We are looking for passionate and dynamic individualto manage and grow our fast-growing live streaming business across multiple brands, platforms and countries. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for live commerce, content creation, and customer engagement, and who is ready to make a significant impact on our digital business!

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Live Streaming on Multiple Platforms

- Manage Affiliates and Live Streaming Agencies

- Build the Company’s Live Streaming Business

• Building viewership and continuous improvement of audience engagement using live stream performance data
• Being updated with latest fashion social media and live streaming trends, technologies and strategies to continually innovate and stay ahead of the game.

- Create New Video Content

• Plan, produce, and host engaging live video content, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and product messaging.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create fresh content ideas for live streams and marketing video content across platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in live streaming, content creation, or video production across platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook.
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in managing affiliate relationships and coordinating with live streaming agencies is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues on social media.
• Strategic and results-driven approach to boosting live sales.
• Quick thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Data analytical skills
• Familiarity with live streaming tools and video editing software is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
