Qualifications & experience

  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in marketing in a property development.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Surplus if with Mandarin
  • Computer literacy in Ms office and property software
  • Wiling to work in Jalan Sg Besi KL, near Pudu

Tasks & responsibilities

  • To use sales & property management system for efficient issuance of progress billings upon receipt of Architect Certificate and ensuring efficient collection to meet company’s requirements
  • To reply all the incoming email and correspondence letter pertaining to complaints, query, enquiry from purchaser, solicitors and financiers.
  • To liaise with the agents, lawyers, purchasers and financial institutions in regards with the Sale and Purchase Agreement, Deed of Assignment, Transfer of Title and outstanding collection of the project and other loan information whichever related.
  • To follow-up with the purchasers or financier in regards with the outstanding payment and ensure all correspondences attended promptly.
  • To maintain proper filing system for all documentations including agreements and correspondences
  • To maintain property management system and update all new sales and progress of sales to ensure information in system always up-to-date and accurate
  • To monitor the entire monthly report related from the developer system e.g. Billing & Collection Report.
