Senior Account Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
• Able to handle full set of accounts include accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset and general ledger of the company accurately in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• To perform financial analysis and ensure timely and proper monthly closing and management reporting.
• Verify all the AP and AR Invoices posting, petty cash reimbursement, staff expenses claims and payment transaction.
• Maintain up-to-date Fixed Asset Listing and Balance sheet Schedule.
• Support the preparation and filing of tax returns, guaranteeing alignment with tax laws.
• Handle the compilation and submission of statutory reports.
• Liaise with external parties, eg. auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities when required.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing and compliance with local statutory requirements / accounting standards
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Group Financial Controller

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or professional certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in full sets of finance & accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel, MS Word.
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills
• Required mandarin speaking candidate due to operation need
• Well organized, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently
• A team player who is able to deliver under tight deadlines
• Able to work in Puchong
