Operations Manager

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations of manufacturing, transport, and logistics functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Supply Chain Coordination:

• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Optimize inventory management processes to reduce costs and improve service levels.

Quality Control:

• Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage budgets for operational departments, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce operational expenses.

Problem Solving:

• Address operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Analyze operational challenges and develop solutions to improve efficiency.

Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff to ensure alignment on operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experienced in operations management within manufacturing, transport, and logistics (minimum 3 years).
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
