Project Manager (SEREMBAN)

Position: Project Manager (willing to relocate)
Location: Seremban

Responsibilities:
* Lead the project team, manage the project workflow and ensure timely completion of projects with cost effective
* Good Liaison with client, consultant , sub-con and relevant authorities
* Solving all project challenge for smooth implementation of works and re-engineering
* Business minded, cost control, reduce wastage, prevent mismanagement and maintain high standard of staff discipline and protect the company interest
* Develop and deliver progress report , proposal , documentation
* Attend all project site coordination
* Follow up with customers / consultants on approval of installation works and project schedule
* Monitor and track project's progress and handle any issues that arise at site

Requirements:
* Candidates must possess at least Bachelor/ Advance Diploma/ Diploma in Civil Engineering , Architecture , construction management or equivalent
* Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in construction or experience in project management construction or design's project
* Preferable for those has water reticulation and treatment plant experience
