Supervisor

Based in Penang, Melaka, Ipoh, and Kuala Lumpur.

Operational Oversight:

• Supervise daily operations in manufacturing, transport, and logistics to ensure timely and efficient execution of processes.
• Monitor workflow and production schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet operational goals.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators, drivers, and logistics staff to maximize productivity and engagement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations throughout all operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline logistics and reduce delays.

Problem Solving:

• Address operational issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions.

Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on production, inventory, and team performance for management review.
• Communicate operational updates and challenges to upper management.

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations related to manufacturing, transport, and logistics.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing, transport, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
