Job Scope:

  • Provide IT support services for users, include Office, laptop, printer, Wi-Fi, etc
  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of network equipment, ensuring overall network performance.
  • Manages network security through firewall maintenance, virus protection updates, and resolution of security issues.
  • Provides efficient network troubleshooting and effectively communicates issues to colleagues and management.
  • Offers internet solutions for new outlets and enhances connectivity for outlets with connection problems.
  • Manages network devices, maintains inventory, and stock quantities.
  • Supports projects by providing network infrastructure and collaborating with subcontractors for installations and design.
  • Designs and optimizes network solutions while staying updated on security and networking best practices.
  • Ensures network compliance through audits and implements disaster recovery procedures.
    Investigates and addresses network faults and issues.

Job Requirement

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3 years experience
  • Certifications in ITIL and Networking are advantageous.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in IT, demonstrating advanced technical knowledge of current technologies and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in general IT support, including Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, and Google Cloud.
  • Experience with networking (WAN, LAN, and Wireless) and helpdesk systems.
  • Strong command of spoken and written Mandarin.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
