Job Scope:
- Provide IT support services for users, include Office, laptop, printer, Wi-Fi, etc
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and optimization of network equipment, ensuring overall network performance.
- Manages network security through firewall maintenance, virus protection updates, and resolution of security issues.
- Provides efficient network troubleshooting and effectively communicates issues to colleagues and management.
- Offers internet solutions for new outlets and enhances connectivity for outlets with connection problems.
- Manages network devices, maintains inventory, and stock quantities.
- Supports projects by providing network infrastructure and collaborating with subcontractors for installations and design.
- Designs and optimizes network solutions while staying updated on security and networking best practices.
- Ensures network compliance through audits and implements disaster recovery procedures.
Investigates and addresses network faults and issues.
Job Requirement
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 years experience
- Certifications in ITIL and Networking are advantageous.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in IT, demonstrating advanced technical knowledge of current technologies and industry trends.
- Proficiency in general IT support, including Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with networking (WAN, LAN, and Wireless) and helpdesk systems.
- Strong command of spoken and written Mandarin.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- An eagerness to learn and a positive attitude towards professional development.
