  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review designs of structure team members to ensure all design assignments within stipulated plans and meets customer requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the resources of structure design section to ensure optimization of resource allocation.
  • Build and enhance relationships with clients through timely engagement to ensure mutual expectations are met, issues are amicably resolved and thus, leading to effective execution of design assignments (structure section).
  • Manage and promote a motivating structure design team environment by providing coaching and training to team members to develop and enhance structure design team competency.
  • To guide and assist the design engineer to resolve the technical matter / issue in relation of structure design.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD and Management.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 6 to 10 years of work experience in an construction consultancy firm.
  • Experience in large-scale civil and high-rise structural projects would be an added advantage
  • Proficient in design related technical code and standards and design software
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Strong leadership and decision-maker, problem solving, analytical skill, proactive, able to work under pressure and strong interpersonal skills
