Job Description
- Actively exploring and developing new clients.
- Perform leads generation and cold-calling to acquire new clients.
- Gather information to understand client companies and their business needs.
- To prepare proposal and quotations to customers.
- Resolving client issues and complaints.
- Strategic planning to improve client results.
- Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline for performance.
- To maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
- Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
- Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, and warehousing industry is preferred for this position.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization through phone and face-to-face.
- Possess own transport.
- With existing customer base will be added advantages.
