Role Overview:

We are seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst with strong in digital content curation/ technical write up experience to enhance our knowledge sharing and content curation initiatives. This role will focus on developing, maintaining, and optimizing digital content and resources to support our teams and improve client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content Curation:

  • Identify, organize, and maintain digital resources, including documents, training materials, and multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.

Technical Writing:

  • Create, edit, and maintain clear, concise technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and process workflows.
  • Translate complex technical information into user-friendly content for diverse audiences.

Knowledge Management Strategy:

  • Assist in developing and implementing knowledge management frameworks that encompass people, processes, technology, content, and policies.
  • Utilize tools and platforms to improve knowledge capture, sharing, and retention.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to employees on knowledge management tools and best practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote a culture of continuous learning.

Performance Measurement:

  • Analyze the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Gather feedback and insights to refine content and processes continuously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in knowledge management, digital content curation, or technical writing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Proven experience in implementing knowledge management frameworks that cover people, processes, technology, content, and policies.
  • Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support the delivery of knowledge management solutions across application and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data analytics tools to measure knowledge management effectiveness.
  • Understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
