Our growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of inside sales coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Basic Quotation preparation
  • Supplier's price preparation and analysis
  • Assisting in projects and sales related additional adhoc work assigned by management
  • Schedule and monitor sales activities/appointments for sales team
  • Increase capacity of appointment volume by setting appointments in a logistical sound manner
  • Place follow-up calls with pending customers
  • Register booked shipments
  • Liase with suppliers/vendors for deliverables
  • Liase with various suppliers/vendors for pricing/sourcing
  • Administration of service contracts including quoting rates and contract amendments
  • Customer relations which include monitoring specific accounts to provide them superior customer Service
  • Creating marketing materials including presentations, premium gift etc.
  • Works with designated response team members to develop opportunity response plans activities, deliverables, owners, milestones, among others
  • Development of sales documents using applicable tools, guidelines and templates
  • Analyse Sales performance and reporting
  • Assisting Project team in managing project schedules and purchases
  • Managing office stock

Requirements:

  • High proficiency with all Microsoft programs and general computer applications
  • Very strong multi tasking and independent working skills
  • A positive, can do attitude, and be able to provide problem resolution to internal and external customers
  • 2-5 yrs previous steamship experience is preferred
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
