  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the commissioning, daily inspection and maintenance of the mechanical parts of the machinery/equipment, execute process monitoring and analyze each production batch to identify any abnormalities and fix the issues.
  • Oversee the production activities to ensure the section effectively meets the quality standard & requirement.
  • Writing SOP of operating machine/equipment.
  • Compile data and reference for technician to follow.
  • Ensure efficient utilization all resources in the production unit to meet production schedule.
  • Execute productivity improvement programs or process flow improvements to maximize machines, manpower and process efficiency, utilization and reduce waste.
  • Ensure non-conformance product is isolated and corrective measure is implemented to prevent re-occurrence.
  • To initiate training program for immediate staff to improve productivity, efficiency and cost saving.
  • Responsible in cultivating housekeeping in production area.
  • Ensure safety in production area.
  • Provide solution on problematic processes.

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Has experience in operating & repairing machinery with Pneumatic & PLC system and AutoCAD knowledge will be added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field and manufacturing.
  • Able to apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, validate and implement manufacturing processes and/or test stations.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with various functions.
  • Good command in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
