- Diagnose issues related to application and properly communicate & deliver solutions to external clients within the product delivery scope
- Provide support and identify all issues and prepare appropriate documentation all issues and solutions & share between software & business team
- Communicate & work closely within inter department example software team & business team & infrastructure team
- Preparing maintenance plans & upgrading schedule for supporting applications.
- Prepare and maintain reports for every product
- Supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
Good to have
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as technical or application support lvl 2
- Understanding software / patch delivery base on web application flow and process
- Experience in software delivery process flow will be added value (on prem / cloud)
- Experience and knowledge in e commerce software & business flow will be added value
- Good soft skills as the job scope require communicate with multiple department & external clients
- Possess self-initiative and able to work independently and collaborative with people at various levels
- Willing to travel on overseas assignments, travel to data center, client office, shift standby (rotate) & standby for patching activities
