Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan programs, events and activities to attract & promote retail space
- Perform market research to identify market trends.
- Develop, maintain and update database land networking.
- Prepare reports on the status and performance in retail space.
- Coordinate with tenants on regular basis to attend to tenants requirements and issues.
- Assist in rental collection and recovery of rental arrears.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and sponsors.
- Assist in managing budgets including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Co-ordinate and prepare tenancy documents.
- File necessary documents.
- Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and effective communication.
- Perform any other duty as and when assigned by the Company.
Job Requirement
- Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Property Management and related field.
- Must have experience in event planning and administration is advantage.
- Must possess good communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with tenants and internal team through initiative, passion and effective negotiation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Possess strong computer skills including MS Office applications.
- High standard of integrity and reliability.
