Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan programs, events and activities to attract & promote retail space
  • Perform market research to identify market trends.
  • Develop, maintain and update database land networking.
  • Prepare reports on the status and performance in retail space.
  • Coordinate with tenants on regular basis to attend to tenants requirements and issues.
  • Assist in rental collection and recovery of rental arrears.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Assist in managing budgets including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
  • Co-ordinate and prepare tenancy documents.
  • File necessary documents.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and effective communication.
  • Perform any other duty as and when assigned by the Company.

Job Requirement

  • Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Property Management and related field.
  • Must have experience in event planning and administration is advantage.
  • Must possess good communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with tenants and internal team through initiative, passion and effective negotiation skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Possess strong computer skills including MS Office applications.
  • High standard of integrity and reliability.
