  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview:

  • Manage 3rd party quotation requirement from Sales Business Unit & Network
  • Manage 3rd Party price sourcing, negotiation and finalisation for approval
  • Manage 3rd party invoice processing, verification & approval for payments
  • Manage database record update
  • Assist Lead Interconnect & CWO on any related matters

Work-Life:

3rd Party Price Sourcing & Invoice Processing

  • Manage 3rd party costing requirements thru TIME internal system (T2Q)
  • Liaise with domestic and international partners (Service Provider) for price sourcing and quotation
  • Analyse the quoted price, do price comparison & negotiation and finalize it for approval
  • Manage 3rd party ordering process for a confirmed order and work with Service Delivery (SD) team for service delivery and activation
  • Manage 3rd party invoice processing, verification and approval for Finance Payment
  • Manage the 3rd party service cancellation/termination, upgrading or renewal
  • Manage & update records in database

Requirements:

  • Candidate with a Bachelor Degree in a Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering OR any Engineering Discipline
  • Interested in telecommunication business processes and have the ability to initiates, coordinates, administrates and negotiates with domestic & international partners
  • Fair knowledge of the national and international telecommunications environment
  • Ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to learn new things
