Get to know the role

We are seeking a Skills & Coaching Program Manager to strategically develop and implement comprehensive training programs within Grab Sales Enablement. This role is crucial for leading advanced coaching and training initiatives that align with our organizational goals and enhance employee capabilities.

You will report into the Regional Head, Sales Enablemen and hybrid working in Malaysia.

Critical Tasks you will perform:

  • You will lead and execute advanced training and coaching programs aligned with business objectives.
  • You will collaborate with subject matter experts and Learning & Development teams to ensure program scalability and impact.
  • You will engage with senior stakeholders, especially Sales Leaders, to provide insights into effective learning and coaching solutions.
  • You will manage multiple training programs, overseeing timelines, resources, and deliverables while coordinating with instructional designers and sales trainers.
  • You will apply coaching methodologies, including GROW and ADKAR, to enhance training effectiveness.
  • You will evaluate training impact using metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • You will manage the end-to-end Coaching to Skills process, from assessment to reporting on success and improvements.
