Get to Know the Role:

  • To perform tasks related to the driver & delivery partner engagement cycle: acquiring new drivers & delivery partners, ensuring drivers are well trained & knowledgeable about Grab's services, and supporting any concerns from drivers & delivery partners.
  • You will be to ensure smooth operations of the Grab Driver Centre (GDC) and drivers acquisition in Ipoh. The support staff provides customer service to uphold Grab's image in the community.
  • High flexibility and adaptability needed as tasks may vary based on the company's direction and focus.
  • You will report into the Grab Driver Center (GDC) Specialist and hybrid working in Malaysia.

Critical Tasks you will perform:

  • You will maintain a clean and safe office environment, attends enquiries from drivers & delivery partners, handhold drivers & delivery partners on registration matters, handle escalated driver & delivery partners' issues, ensuring any outstanding issues are resolved promptly, and work with GDC Teams in other cities and functional departments.
  • You will manage acquisition data and dashboards, assisting with partners recruitment process, and ensuring follow up of leads and driver & delivery partner's concerns are addressed.
  • You will host engagement events with newly acquired partners, product knowledge sharing, troubleshooting issues, achieve product cross-selling effects, and meet all internal and external stakeholders with friendly disposition.
  • You will provide periodic feedback to the team, and work with the team to ensure targets are met
  • You will assist with administrative tasks and any other responsibilities delegated by the team.
