  • Your responsibilities will include collaborating with partners to develop advertising strategies and driving widespread merchant adoption.
  • You prioritize customer satisfaction above all, and value forging strong, lasting relationships, and excel in collaborative environments.
  • You will report to the Team Lead of Country Development (Small Medium Business Self-Serve Solutions).

This is a hybrid role and the office is based in Petaling Jaya.

Critical Tasks You Will perform:

  • You will acquire and retain advertisers, conducting regular business reviews, and growing merchant success through engagement with important partners, including country PICs, sales teams, and regional marketing and analytics teams.
  • You will be a subject matter expert on the GrabAds Self-Serve platform, supporting advertiser growth by building training programs, assisting with localization, and providing post-training analysis.
  • You will collaborate with country partners to prioritize plans, implement projects that promote new business and up-sell opportunities, and complete acquisition and retention strategies.
  • You will implement regional B2B marketing campaigns, track performance, and ensure best practice sharing for continuous improvement.
  • You will engage with important partners, identify partners, and guide merchant success through education programs in main cities.
  • You will monitor Self-Serve performance, provide data-driven insights, and gather feedback for product enhancement.
  • You will collaborate with SMB Strategy & Planning and Customer Success teams, ensuring operational success and documenting improvements to enhance workflow.
