Get to know the role:

  • We're seeking a leader for the Center of Sales Excellence to drive the success of Sales Enablement programs within the #OneGrab Ecosystem. Your role will involve collaborating across verticals (GrabAds, MEX, GFB, GS, Self Serve, and Financial Products) to enhance sales excellence and align with market leadership. Responsibilities include skill development, implementing consultative selling (Value Sales Framework), and improving customer relationships.
  • You have technical expertise, and a proven track record in sales excellence and coaching. This position requires regional perspective and reports to the Head of Sales Enablement.

You will report into the Regional Head, Sales Enablement and hybrid working in Malaysia.

Critical Tasks you will perform:

  • You will lead the Center of Sales Excellence to equip Grab sales teams with the latest product knowledge and training, reducing sales cycle time and improving customer satisfaction.
  • You will develop and implement a value sales framework that helps sales teams effectively articulate Grab's value proposition, fostering a customer-centric approach and driving revenue.
  • You will be the subject matter expert in Grab Sales Skills development, creating plans to support team goals and career growth.
  • You will identify and address competency gaps through tailored training programs, managing the entire Sales Skills development process with internal and cross-functional teams.
  • You will own and optimize content, curriculum, and certification strategy on Grab's Sales Enablement platform, ensuring alignment with industry needs.
  • You will plan and oversee project timelines for sales enablement programs, ensuring timely execution and reducing sales cycle times.
  • You will engage with leadership and teams across markets to align on enablement needs and measure the impact of sales content usage.
