  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibility
  • To explore and identify new potential customers;
  • To actively follow up on queries and providing feedback to customers in a timely manner;
  • Effectively handling the existing client base (general customer service assistance and dealing with issues and complaints);
  • To coordinate with the respective team to ensure timely delivery;
  • To create a good rapport with customers, maintaining and retaining existing customers;
  • To entertain queries, advising clients, provide close follow up and ensure follow through with customers on sales and all relevant matters;
  • To achieve the monthly and yearly sales target;
  • To monitor on the collection of payments; and
  • To perform cold calls and follow-up leads to create new business opportunities.

Job Requirements
  • Possess a Degree or Diploma in any related field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Working experience in Chemical industry is an added advantage.
  • Able to work at NO. 23, JALAN 3/3C SRI UTARA, OFF JALAN IPOH, MUKIM BATU, 68100 KUALA LUMPUR
  • 5 days work, Monday to Friday
  • Car allowance and mobile sim card will be provided.
