Job Responsibilities:​

  • Follow up sales and leads and close deal to meet monthly sales target.
  • Driving sales and expansion in building the new full range of Ceiling product portfolio/ Switch Board, ensuring performance against individual targets.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with customer, consultant, architect, contractor and any specification activities to ensure securing projects and well managed through the various design / decision phases up to contract awards.
  • Managing all key interactions with customer and production to ensure meeting the sales target
  • Achieving sales target provided and managing regional sales expansion in near future
  • Building close relationship with distributor, wholesaler, contractor and other decision maker to achieve sales
  • Developing product catalogue and marketing tools in order to develop good branding awareness
  • Actively converting project and specification to TSSC solutions
  • To attend to all complaints, solve them with help of production and communicate the same to management.
  • To prepare the quotations as per company policy

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Business Admin or any related education background (diploma or degree holder)
  • Minimum 2-5 years of related working experience in Building materials / metal / B2B and B2C business
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Personal and inter-personal skills
  • Required to be highly motivated team player to work very closely with both Regional Sales Manager and regional team
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.
  • Skilful in project management, problem solving, information gathering, data analysis, technical reporting.
  • Critical, innovative & creative thinking.
