Brand/ Trade Marketing Campaigns:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen the guardian brand proposition in Malaysia
- Collaborate with internal functions (Commercial, Ops, Ecom) to drive the overall end to end Trade Planning process
- Lead and execute Monthly/Weekly Promotions, PWP programs
- Work closely with external agencies (Creative, Media, Production) on campaign objectives.
- Ensure retail communications are in line with brand guidelines. Work closely with inhouse Creative team and Operations team and ensure effective store execution
- 3rd party partnerships with landlords, banks to drive customer count
- Leverage on consumer insights to better understand consumer behaviour and perception so as to develop suitable marketing strategies that contribute to the growth of business
- Track and review campaign performance for learnings and improvement
- Manage and track brand/trade marketing budget
Category Business Partnering to maximize category sales and market share
- Partner with external key suppliers on joint activities
- Selling kits to drive back income
- Manage approvals for supplier visuals and activations, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered
Processes & People
- Put system in place to improve work processes and achieve greater efficiency
- Contribute to the building of a high-performance Marketing team
Do you have experience in Brand & Trade Marketing?
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in advertising and promotions within the Malaysia market.
- Strong track record of successful project execution, from strategy and planning to implementation and measurable results.
- At least 4 years of experience in leading and managing teams in Malaysia.
- Retail or FMCG experience is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate within teams.
- Strong planning, strategic thinking, and organizational abilities.
- Commercial awareness and sensitivity to market dynamics.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to develop innovative solutions.
- Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
