  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural engineering principles and be proficient in BIM software.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for civil and structural engineering scope, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design standards.
  • Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, and other team members to develop and refine BIM models.
  • Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D Tekla Structures) to create and manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Coordinate structural elements with other disciplines (architectural, mechanical, electrical) within the BIM model.
  • Perform clash detection and interference checks to identify and resolve conflicts in the design.
  • Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in structural BIM modeling, preferably with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit or Tekla Structures.
  • Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
