SENIOR EXECUTIVE, PUBLIC RELATIONS & SUSTAINABILITY

Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage various in-house PR projects independently to execute campaigns and events, including preparing creative marketing proposals, budgeting, timeline, as well as source and deal with external vendors.

- Organize large scale townhall events and sustainability-themed events for retail tenants and shoppers with experience and know-how of event management and creative flair for marketing and design.

- Develop and implement strategies to communicate 1 Utama’s sustainability initiatives and green building best practices.

- Plan impactful CSR-themed events and community outreach programmes.

- Write press release, speech and corporate communication materials for media and public skewed towards retail and sustainability.

- Copywrite and design powerpoint presentations for award submissions.

- Crisis management and issuing public statements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years work experience with tactical understanding of environmental sustainability, marketing and corporate communications.

- Solutions oriented innovative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication in English.

- Passionate in sustainability best practices and environmental issues.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to problem solve, proofread, adhere to deadlines and also possess a keen eye for details.

- A positive team player with high level of commitment and reliability with efficient multitasking abilities required for this fast paced work environment.
