Job Scope of Sales Coordinator
A. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
B. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
C. Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business (sales call).
D. Gathering market and customer information.
E. Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
F. Recording sales and booking information and sending copies to the Sandakan office and NLK.
G. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
H. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
I. Updating occupancy, record daily reservation and translate it into monthly report for reference.
J. To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email.
K. Preparing brochures as required.
L. Co-ordinating all details for the client, including F&B and accommodation.
M. Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
Salary range: RM1800 - RM2300 (Negotiable upon qualification)
