Purchasing Assistant

- To discharge duties in an effective and efficient manner.

- To ensure the timely preparation of purchase orders so that all approved request can be ordered and goods delivered by the Suppliers on the date required.

- To coordinate and liaise with respective Heads of Department on all matters relating to quality and reliability of delivery with respect to current and potential suppliers.

- To participate in market survey in association with the departments concerned to determine and/or validate to current and potential suppliers

- To answer all queries from suppliers in a professional manner.

- Work closely with all departments in the hotel.

- To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.
