Architectural Coordinator (Landscape)

Coordinate all architecture - landscape design activities, including the development and review of landscape concepts, plans, and specifications.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that landscape elements are accurately integrated into construction activities.
Ensure that all landscape design elements comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and project specifications.
Oversee the preparation and review of landscape design drawings, plans, and specifications.
Track drawing revisions related to landscape design and maintain accurate records of correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of landscape design submissions and ensure timely approvals.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensuring that landscape design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
Identify and address any design-related issues or discrepancies on-site, working closely with the construction team to resolve them.
Act as the primary point of contact between the landscape design team and other project stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to the management team on landscape design progress, changes, and any potential risks or issues.
Facilitate coordination meetings to discuss project timelines, deliverables, and design challenges.
Maintain comprehensive records of all landscape design-related documents, including drawings, revisions, correspondence, and approvals.
Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders as required.
compliance with local authorities and consultants’ requirements.
To ensure the ISO 9001 QMS systems procedures are implemented on the projects.
Perform any other project duties as assigned by the superior.
